The Albergo Diffuso who is working in Alpine villages face several problems, like different heights of village's fractions or of houses within the same fraction, or tougher access to rooms, and so on.
These problems reduce hotel requirements of the offers and also the possibility to reach good occupation results and incomes in medium and low season. The example of Valle d'Aosta (where houses' distance can reach 800 meters) is clear.

Operators can overcome this problem caused by territory or other ones, but they must do miracles in organization, marketing, local partnership, innovation and so on.

SISAD will help the first work groups for OD in Trentino to create virtuous AD's. The first action of technical assistance will increase the subjects' rationality before they face the strategical identity of their offer. This action means the planning of a custom educational and a workshop, within 2 days of visit. The meeting will occur in July in the AD which is nearest and most similar to the idea of enterprise to start in the more suitable locations for AD's.
