Partnering for tourism: growing toghether becomes a science

The birth of a new discipline is not something that happens every day, especially if the subject in question is important for the development of the economy based on the systems of small and medium-sized businesses.
There is a substantial difference between partnership for tourism development and partnering for tourism. The first concept is referred to a subject, the second one tells us something about a structured method of coordination.
After 14 years of working in the profession, dedicated to applied and explorative research, to the application of innovative ideas to practical realities, to verifying and strengthening the various approaches in question brought up by the public-private partnership, such as the initial intentions to immediate results, but also towards an improved working method which breaks with the past due to the fact that it is centred around people and the relationships which connect them to a work programme. The manual which will present the essential outlines of the "discipline lacking" will be entitled:
"Tourist Partnering" or Partnering for tourism.
The manual presents the new "discipline of cooperation in tourism", the science which studies the cooperation activated between the autonomous organizations. It's aim is to improve the coordination and working efficiency of partnerships. "Tourist Partnering" or "Partnering for tourism" stands side by side Marketing (report supply-demand the "4 P") and the Management (process of production based on hierarchy) integrating the initiatives, while improving the effectiveness of the instruments used by both parties. The text offers practical tips, uses clear and concise language; and uses many examples.
The book is published by Forum, the publishing house of the University of Udine, it belongs to a series of books on the "Territory and Environment" which scientific reference is the Inter-faculty Centre of the above university.
The book boasts the patronage of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia; the presentation and realization edited by the councillor Enrico Bertossi, the introduction by (prospective -marketing) Prof. Giancarlo Dall'Ara and the preface by (prospective-management) Prof. Josep Ejarque (CEO of authorities such BarcelonaTurismo, Turismo Torino and now Turismo FVG).
The discipline "fills a gap" (Ejarque), in the epoch of the technological revolution and opens the era of the methodological revolution where the promise will be no less surprising ...
