SISAD assists the setting up of 3 Alberghi diffusi in Lazio
Categoria: News
There will shortly be three new albergo diffuso structures in the Province of Rome and the Province of Frosinone.
BICLazio Spa is a public organization of great national interest which has requested Maurizio Droli - SISAD:
- to evaluate the feasibility of three potential enterprises;
- to outline the immediate adjustments to adopt;
- to draw up a list of "things to do" and "to avoid" in order to set up successful albergo diffuso ventures in a short space of time, using the minimum of resources to get the best possible results.
This project will shortly be presented as a publication in collaboration with Giancarlo Dall'Ara "The Albergo diffuso: an innovative instrument to evaluate the touristic potential" (in italian only).
This project will also shortly be presented at a congress in Rome and will include the publication and the first three operative structures presented in a "scientific" manner but without the intervention of the substantial public funding which can often be found elsewhere but is rarely found to be productive.
The Albergo Diffuso model is also very important for the developing countries as can be seen in the support shown by the United Nations in the phase of general awareness of the initiative and the particular modality of the intervention.
