SISAD empowers 5 spreaded hospitality projects in the Veneto

The purpose of the meeting, requested by the Province of Belluno which involved the presence of 15 workers, was to evaluate the current state of the 5 Albergo diffuso structures in the Province.
The intention is to create real albergo diffuso enterprises or in other words hotel structures, being more renumerative when compared to the already existing structures which are able to attract visitors all the year round without significant differences in numbers.
Among the things not to be done: to be aware when the legislation in certain regions has been left behind and which albergo diffuso structures survive thanks to public funding.
Among the things to be done: to find private investors, to be aware of regional legislation which acknowledges the albergo diffuso model and has already been recognized by six regions, to raise public funds which must bear in mind the waiting periods of the guests, to respect the necessity of the already existing local private workers and the results which only ad original Albergo Diffuso can achieve.
