Seminar "To reinforce the efficiency of the A.d. of Friuli".
Categoria: News
In the course of these check-up meetings several observations have been made, for example:
- there were several occurrences of problems linked to the distances from the structure which houses the reception area which initially was not recognized as important, but in the light of the previous check-up meetings, this emerged as a fundamental reason to achieve success in various structures;
- the partial misunderstanding between the similarities and the differences between the ways of approaching contact with the client in an A.D. and in a traditional hotel despite a good level of competence on the part of the staff;
- in the functioning A.D. which boast of having concrete managerial experience some queries regarding the book-keeping had been evident for some time which carried the risk of having an adverse effect on the image of the A.D..
In the course of the previous check-up meetings each of the A.D. made a clearer distinction between the similarities and the differences between themselves and their competitors forming the basis on which to reinforce the A.D. network.
The meeting held with the support of the regional Administration of Agemont Spa, was organized by the tour operator Barbara Giacomuzzi household member of an AD cooperative., manager of a tourist structure and researcher Isabella Giacomuzzi, and Ennio Agnola manager of an AD and researcher.
During this meeting, the participants were familiarized with the practicalities in use in the other structures and so were able to choose those to adopt in order to achieve their aims in their own structures thus beginning to realize their full potential, a strategy and a budget as controlling instruments. They learned how to evaluate each request for information that a guest might ask and also clarified many of their fiscal and legal queries linked to the outgoings and income of the A.D.
