• What a small community-based enterprise should do in order to create a competitive Albergo Diffuso and to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage?
• What are the traps to avoid in obtaining public funds?

These are some of the most important questions I should try to answer during a short seminar organized in the Tuscany region and which mission consist in helping local communities to evaluate seriously the Albergo Diffuso as a higly profitable community-base enterprise opportunity.
