Is Loccis Santus is an old family village (medaus) built at the beginning of the 19th Century in the borough of San Giovanni Suergiu (Cagliari).

The village is a short car journey from various well-known places such as Maladroxia, Calasetta, Porto Botte and Porto Pino. It faces the Island of Sant'Antioco at 200 metres above sea level immersed in olive groves and myrtle shrubs and is contituted of refurbished dwellings which are more than the usual Sardininan tradition. This is a real beauty spot matched by the warm hospitality of the owners, the Steri family. A meeting restricted to technicians and the management team in order to define the SISAD Sardinia programme was held on Thursday 20th July 2007. Paolo Marongiu, an expert in marketing and the coordinator of numerous Albergo Diffuso projects emphasized the importance of a coordinated effective training programme for the management team. Antonello Steri, the manager of the enterprise presented many other strengths of Is Loccis Santus and the necessity of an 'unconventional' training programme in order to make full justice of what the village has to offer.

There is still a lot to do to organize the programmes. The first techniacl seminar is planned for October.
